    CONTEXT: Replacement due to the leave of the Responsible of Logistics


    As Logistic Advisor your main responsibilities are:

  • Responsibility 1: Ensuring that the logistics framework and procedures are put in place on the programmes in the region concerned.

  • Responsibility 2: Defining operational logistics strategies for the programmes in the region concerned

  • Responsibility 3: Helping improve professional standards

  • Responsibility 4: Logistical monitoring of the programmes in the region concerned

  • Responsibility 5: Providing technical support to the logistics teams on the programmes in the region concerned

  • Responsibility 6: Carrying out support missions on all the programme sites in the region concerned

  • Responsibility 7: Helping to manage the security of staff and equipment

  • Responsibility 8: Contributing towards the recruitment, follow-up and evaluation of the programmes’ logistics teams.

  • Responsibility 9: Ensure efficient reporting and communication between the programmes and head office


  • You have 3 years of experience at logistics coordination position

  • You master budget management

  • You have skills in emergency preparedness

  • You have experience in training of trainer

  • You have a good control of Windows Office

  • You show the ability to manage priorities

  • You must be organized, diplomatic, have a sense of pedagogy

  • You master English, French and Spanish (oral and writing skills)


  • Type of contract: CDI starting from 05/03/2018

  • Mutual insurance

  • 39 hours a week with 22.5 days of leaves / working time reduction to take in a year or 35 hours a week
